Cleaning

Our pre-cleaning plant, able to process 20 tons of pecans per hour, allows for an quick and cost-efficient way to clean in-shell pecans. We are able to separate this function from the rest of the plant and growers can make use of the facility.

Sorting

We are meticulous when it comes to sorting out mixed cultivars, a reality in South Africa due to many older orchards. Making use of mechanical equipment and labour, we are able to sort and separate the pecans to deliver a quality ready for the export market.

Sizing

The sizing of the pecans is just one step in ensuring an exportable product. We continuously monitor and do multiple test counts to ensure a homogeneous product, as expected by the buyers.

Every pecan bagged, comes with the guarantee, that the quality and specification inside the bag is exactly as the quality and specification indicated. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product.
